All you need to do is to log onto our website www.yellowapricot.com at regular intervals to see if
there are any updates for Lots that you are interested in and to monitor their status. Viewing dates
and times if applicable will also be on the website.
On the day of the Auction, log into the website to check the latest addendums and the status of the properties that you are interested in and get ready to bid. The Auction will start shortly after the start
time commencing with Lot 1. You will be invited to bid on a Current Price on the screen. Then off
you go and bid on any property that you are interested in buying without the hassle of attending
auctions and spending all day out of the office just to lose the bid to another bidder.
