You need to complete:
(a) Extra Terms and Conditions – These are our Extra Terms and Conditions which apply to all Auctions that we do and are in addition to any other terms and conditions referred to elsewhere on the website. All you need to do here is to sign a Declaration stating that you agree to our terms and conditions.
( b) Verification of Identity Form – The Law says that we must verify your Identity. Therefore,
you must send us certified copies of two documents, one verifying who you are and the other
verifying where you live. As we are not seeing you in person, these must be certified as
true copies of the originals by a person from the list on the form. This section
will then enable us to comply with the UK Money Laundering Regulations 1994 and to protect
you by being able to demonstrate that you are who you say you are. Identity theft is a fast-
growing crime worldwide and by getting your ID verified, you are doing your part to help fight
this problem. |
