You need to complete:
• Auction Entry Form - This is the official form that authorises us to enter your property into the next Yellow Apricot Auction. Most importantly, you confirm the price at which you wish to set the Reserve Price;
• Terms of Conditions of Appointment - Auction Sale - These are our Terms and Conditions of appointment and should be read very carefully as they form the basis of our contract with you to sell your property. If any clarification is required, you are advised to seek Independent Legal and Financial Advice before signing these. All you need to do here is to sign a Declaration stating that you agree to our terms and condition;
• Verification of Identity Form - The Law says that we must verify your Identity.
Therefore, you must send us certified copies of two documents, one verifying who you are and the other verifying where you live. As we are not seeing you in person, these must be certified as true copies of the originals by a qualified professional from the list on the form.
