HIP AND AUCTION SERVICE
This is where you want us to prepare a HIP and then to enter the property into our next Auction. We will organise the preparation of the HIP, convert it into a PDF version and attach it into the Legal Documents section of your Catalogue Entry automatically without extra charge.
As you will be looking to be complete the sale of the property within a few weeks, full payment must be made with the order.

- The HIP will be entered into the Legal Section of the Auction Catalogue under your Auction Entry as a PDF Document.
- If you have requested and paid for a HIP as a printed copy, on CD ROM or on Memory Stick, these will be posted out to you in addition to being entered into the Legal Section of the Auction Catalogue
- If your property has more than 6 bedrooms, contact us for an individual quote.
