HIP AND RUN SERVICE
This is where you just want us to prepare the HIP and to do nothing else. You will be marketing your property yourself or through another agent.
There are 3 Payment options:
Payment with Order - Payment must be made by Paypal at the point of order. Payment with order is the cheapest way of ordering your HIP;
Pay on Completion or in 10 months - You pay nothing now but payment becomes due at the earlier of:
Completion on the sale of the property or
The expiration of 10 months from the date the HIP was ordered
No Sale No Fee - If your property sells, you pay for the HIP, if it doesn't, you don't. This is the most expensive way of requesting a HIP as we are taking the risk of not getting paid for the HIP if your property fails to sell.

- VAT must be added to all these fees at the rate of 17.5%
- The HIP will be emailed to you as a PDF Document unless you have asked for and paid for it to be sent to you as a printed hard copy, on CD ROM or on a Memory Stick (see table above for prices)
