What is the job? The job involves registering sellers and their properties for Auction. You would take and upload up to 9 photos direct to our website and complete and send the required paperwork to us. You will also attend block viewings. |

What do I get? We pay 15% of our commission on all properties sold in your geographical area. Eg: If property sells for £250,000, we get 1% commission (£2,500), you get 15% (£375). If you enter two properties a week which sell at auction, you make £750 per week (£39,000 per annum). |

Why do it? There is unlimited earnings potential with little or not initial capital outlay, giving you an efective franchise, with no franchise fee. Use the Yellow Apricot name and logo in advertising and benefit from our national advertising to give you the edge over the competition. Only one agent per geographical area is permitted and you get paid on any sales made in that area whether by you or us. |

What about tax? Your position is self employed, commission only, and you are responsible for your own tax. |
